- You or a family member are currently incarcerated. Online payments for someone in jail may not be accepted by another agency as proof of payment for jail release.
- Requesting Driving Safety or Deferred (probation). Entering a plea of no contest/guilty results in a finding of guilt and a conviction on your driving record.
